Kalklitir Top Coat

Kalklitir Top Coat is a water-based, VOC-free powder product, designed to provide a matte protective layer on lime painted surfaces indoors. It is mixed with 900 ml of water and yields approximately 1.2 liters of liquid Top Coat. Apply with a brush and it dries clear, although it can make the lime paint slightly darker.

The ideal application temperature is 15-25°C. Can be stored for up to 14 days in liquid form or one year in powder form. Apply in three coats for the best protection. The first coat can be applied 72 hours after the last coat of lime paint, the second coat after 6-8 hours, and the third coat or more at 24-hour intervals.

The effect of the product varies from water resistance to full waterproofing depending on the number of layers. Not suitable for permanently damp areas or in showers.
