Kalklitir Primer

Prepare the walls before you paint with lime paint. Kalklitir's Primer ensures that the paint is absorbed evenly and the final result is good. The primer can be used on water-based painted surfaces, lime paint, alkyd paint, concrete, gypsum, MDF, and plywood. Ideal for new constructions where the walls are smooth and prepared, the primer provides even absorption for the lime paint.

Kalklitir's Primer can also be used if you want to repaint walls that have been painted with lime paint with plastic-based paint or acrylic paint. Sand away stains from oil or grease and prime with the primer to get an even result with your new paint as well. 

The lime-based primer comes in 500 g powder bags to be mixed with 600 ml of water, forming approximately 1 liter of primer. One bag is enough for 8-10 m2, depending on how much the surface absorbs and whether you use a brush or roller.
