Wallpaper Trends 2020 Part 2 - Colorful, Graphic, and Metallic
2020 is the year when we don't let trends dictate. This year, we choose the kind of wallpaper we want on the walls - everything is allowed as long as we feel comfortable in our homes.
Here we showcase some wallpapers that dare to take up space and don't apologize for their existence. They are graphic, metallic, industrial, and have large patterns. In the image above, we have Madison from Boråstapeter new collection The Apartment. The wallpaper is graphic with a large pattern and is available in three colors.
The Apartment is part of a new concept from Boråstapeter, Studio Collection. Here, the boundaries are tested, and the patterns are more experimental. Memphis is a large-patterned, digitally printed wallpaper with a playful, geometric design.
The wallpaper Shinku from the British brand Scion is graphic and dark but still harmonious. If you prefer lighter colors, it is also available in beige, gray, and yellow shades.
The wallpaper Spry from the Swedish brand Mimou is a graphic wallpaper with a grid pattern reminiscent of tiles laid staggered. It is also available in dark blue and white.
From Scion come two following wallpapers. Epsilon, with irregular lines creating faces, is an unusual wallpaper that works well in social rooms. It comes in six different colors, from beige and gray to yellow and turquoise. Tocca is a small-patterned geometric wallpaper available in seven colors in a fairly mild color palette, but with tougher choices like kiwi, paprika, and denim.

Wallpapers with metallic elements offer plenty to choose from. Thanks to the metallic colors, they shimmer and change color depending on the light.
Tribeca from Boråstapeter is a graphic wallpaper with a modern urban feel. The wallpaper is available in four color options.
From Boråstapeter also comes Venice, with softly arched segments in a tight pattern. The wallpaper is available in three shimmering color options.
Sandudds wallpaper with floral garlands is available in five different color options, four with a light base and the fifth with a dark gray base. The wallpaper is elegant and fits, for example, in the bedroom.
Kienze Shimmer from Harlequin with large, stylized flowers is striking and elegant. The background color shimmers in metal.
The eye-catching wallpaper Luna from Cole & Son with large, shimmering moons is available in three different colors, two light and one with a dark base.
The wallpaper Nagano from Mimou is a bestseller that works equally well this year as it did in 2016.
Tessellation from Harlequin is a graphic wallpaper with a shimmering pattern. It is available in five different colorways.
Large floral and mural wallpapers are becoming strong trends. Both Boråstapeter and Sandberg have enlarged the pattern on their bestsellers.
