Would you like to return the product?

The customer has a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day the product is received.

The returned product must be unopened and in its original undamaged packaging. The product(s) should always be packaged with a protective box or protective cardboard outside the original box, when possible. No text may be written on the original box itself. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, such as made-to-measure wallpaper or fabrics by the meter. The right of return also does not apply to material samples.

Print and fill out the return form, which you can find as a PDF file here (Return form in PDF). Attach the return form visibly inside the return package. Aveo will acknowledge the return and refund the payment to the same account from which the payment was made. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

 

Return of wallpaper

We charge a service fee of 150 SEK for the return, which will be deducted from the total amount of the returned products. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any costs if the product is damaged or lost during the return process. Aveo will confirm the return and refund the amount to the account from which the payment was made. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We recommend contacting our customer service at info@aveohome.se before making a return.

We want to give you time to wallpaper at your own pace, which is why we extend the return period for unopened wallpaper rolls to 60 days. The product's purchase value will be refunded when returning unopened, undamaged wallpaper rolls within 60 days.

Wallpaper rolls that are returned must be undamaged in their original, unopened packaging. The plastic wrap and any labels on the wallpaper rolls must not be removed. Color shades must be checked before opening the wallpaper packaging. Returned wallpaper rolls must be well-packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Since we care about the environment, you can still return any leftover wallpaper rolls after 60 days from receipt, provided the wallpapers are still part of our assortment. For wallpaper rolls returned after 60 days, no money will be refunded, but instead, the customer will receive a gift card for Aveo's webshop equivalent to half of the product's purchase price.

The right of return does not apply to wallpaper samples. Made-to-order wallpaper and wallpaper sold by the square meter are also non-returnable.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Would you like to return a product by freight?

A freight shipment is a shipment over 35 kg, such as larger furniture. If you return via freight, we will refund the product price minus the shipping and return shipping costs. If only part of the order is returned, the shipping cost will not be refunded, and the return shipping cost will be invoiced if necessary.

 

Is the product defective?

We appreciate it if you inspect your purchase upon receiving the delivery. If you discover a defect in the received product — it is broken or has been damaged during delivery — contact Aveo by email at info@aveohome.se for further instructions. Attach a photo of the defective product. Provide the order code and contact details. The complaint should be made within a reasonable time. The complaint period is at least two months from the date you received the product.
