Do you want to return the item?

The customer has a 30-day right of withdrawal from the moment the product is received.
The product returned must be unopened and in undamaged original packaging. The product(s) that are returned must always be packed with a protective box or protective corrugated cardboard on the outside of the original box whenever possible. No text may be written on the original box itself. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products, such as custom-made wallpapers or fabrics by the meter. The right of return does not apply to material samples either.

Print and fill in the return form, which you can find as a pdf file here (Return form in PDF). Attach the return form clearly visible in the return package. Aveo acknowledges the return and returns the payment to the same account from which the payment was made. Shipping costs are not returned.

The customer pays for the return shipping himself. 

 

Return of wallpaper

We want to give you time to wallpaper in peace and quiet, and therefore we extend the right of return on unopened wallpaper rolls to 60 days. The product's purchase value is refunded upon return of unopened, undamaged wallpaper rolls within 60 days.

Wallpaper rolls that are returned must be undamaged in unopened original packaging. The plastic and any labels on the wallpaper rolls must not be removed. Color shades must be checked before opening the wallpaper packaging. Wallpaper rolls that are returned must be well packed to avoid damage during transport.

Because we care about the environment, you can still return rolls of wallpaper that have become excess later than 60 days from receipt, provided that the wallpaper is still part of our range. For wallpaper rolls that are returned later than 60 days, no money is returned, but instead the customer receives a gift card to Aveo's webshop for an amount that corresponds to half of the product's purchase price.

The right of return does not apply to wallpaper samples. Custom-made wallpapers and wallpapers sold per square meter also do not have the right of return.

The customer pays for the return shipping. 

 

Do you want to return an item by shipping? 

A freight shipment is a shipment over 35 kg, for example a larger piece of furniture. If you return by shipping, we will return the product's price less shipping cost and return shipping cost. If only part of the order is returned, the shipping cost will not be refunded and the return shipping will be invoiced if necessary. 

 

Is the product faulty?

We appreciate it if you review your purchase when you receive your delivery. If you discover an error with the item received - it is broken or has been damaged in delivery: contact Aveo by e-mail info@aveohome.se for further instructions. Attach a photo of the defective item. Enter the order code and contact details. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time. The complaint period is at least two months from the date you received the item. 

If Aveo asks you to return the faulty item, print and complete the PDF form here (Complaint form in PDF). Returns of incorrect goods are free of charge for you as a customer.
